Transportation of animals

  ANIMAL CARRIAGE STANDARDS
on inter-municipal scheduled routes.

  According to:
  - Art. 21.1, Article 22 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation of 08.11.2007 No. 259-ФЗ "The Charter of Road Transport and Urban Surface Electric Transport";
  - paragraph 56, paragraph 62 of Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 14, 2009 N 112 “On approval of the rules for the carriage of passengers and baggage by road and urban surface electric transport.

1. In a regular transport vehicle, a passenger has the right without additional charge to transport:
- guide dog with a special document;
- as part of the hand luggage of animals and birds in cages with a deaf bottom (baskets, boxes, containers, etc.), if the dimensions of these cells do not exceed a total of 120 centimeters, with the exception of :

2. The carrier has the right to establish the norms for the carriage of baggage, the carriage of hand luggage, including free of charge, of a larger size or in a larger quantity than that provided for in part 1, namely:
2.1. motor transport company Balttransavto LLC established:

1) the passenger has the right to transport without charge:
- guide dog with a special document;
- as part of the hand luggage of animals and birds in cages with a deaf bottom (baskets, boxes, containers, etc.), if the dimensions of these cells do not exceed a total of 120 centimeters;
- as part of the carry-on baggage of animals and birds in cages with a deaf bottom (baskets, boxes, containers, etc.), if the size of these cells in the amount of more than 120 centimeters and does not exceed a total of 180 centimeters - 25% of the total ticket price ;

- transportation of animals is not carried out if the dimensions of these cages exceed a total of 180 centimeters.

2.2. group of companies LLC “Kenigtransavto” and LLC “Regio-express" installed:
- the passenger has the right, without charging an additional fee, to carry a guide dog with a special document;
- as part of the hand luggage of animals and birds in cages with a deaf bottom (baskets, baskets, containers, etc.), if the dimensions of these cells do not exceed a total of 120 centimeters - 25% of the total fare.
