Buying tickets
Select a point (city) of departure and a point (city) of destination.
Choose the direction of the trip - "one way" or "round trip".
Select a departure date. When buying a round-trip ticket, select the return date.
Click FIND FLIGHTS.
From the proposed flights, select the flight you are interested in and click "BUY TICKETS."
Fill out the required form:
Fill in the name, type and data of the identification document, date and place of birth, citizenship, gender, contact phone number, e-mail, if necessary, select the passenger category
to issue a ticket at a discount.
If you want to purchase more than one ticket, click “ADD PASSENGER”.
Check the box “I agree with the terms of the offer” and click “BUY”.
Check your details and click on “PAY.”
The system will redirect you to the page of the electronic payment system of Sberbank PJSC, where you can pay for the electronic ticket in a way convenient for you.
ATTENTION! Be careful when filling out the form! When choosing a passenger category, be prepared to submit supporting documents during boarding! Providing inaccurate data will invalidate the ticket.
Order Payment
You can pay for your orders online through the electronic payment system of Sberbank PJSC using VISA, MasterCard cards.
In Sberbank PJSC, the security of the transmitted information and the storage of confidential data of the Cardholder is ensured using modern encryption and data transfer protocols SSL / TLS, 3DES. Further information is transmitted through closed banking networks of the highest degree of protection. Processing of the client’s confidential data received in an encrypted form (card details, registration data, etc.) is carried out in the processing center in accordance with the security requirements for processing centers.
Print an electronic ticket
After payment, you can download the electronic ticket in PDF format and print it. A letter with a copy of your ticket will also be sent to your email address.
Boarding the bus
When boarding the bus you must have a printed electronic ticket and an identity document with you.
Ticket Return Policy
1) in case of delay in departure of the vehicle within three hours or due to illness, accident within three days from the departure of the vehicle for which the ticket was purchased, renew the ticket for another vehicle subject to a surcharge of twenty five percent of the cost of travel, baggage transportation, carriage of hand luggage, or to get back the cost of travel, carriage of baggage, carriage of hand luggage minus twenty-five percent of their cost;
2) in case of returning tickets to the ticket office no later than two hours before the vehicle departure, get back the fare, luggage transportation, hand luggage for deductions of five percent
their value or in case of returning the ticket later than this date, but before the vehicle departure, get back the fare, luggage transportation, hand luggage minus fifteen
percent of their value;
Service Fee is non-refundable
3) if it is impossible to continue transporting a passenger to his destination for reasons beyond the control of the carrier, to get back the fare, transportation of baggage, and carry-on baggage
in proportion to the unexplored distance;
4) return the ticket to the ticket office before the departure of the vehicle and get back the full cost of travel, baggage, hand luggage in the following cases:
a) cancellation of the vehicle;
b) delayed departure of the vehicle for more than an hour;
c) providing a passenger with a seat in a vehicle with a fare paid at a lower price than in a vehicle for which a ticket was sold to a passenger;
d) failure to provide the passenger with the seat indicated on the ticket;
5) in case of consent to travel in a vehicle with payment for travel at a lower price, get the difference between the amount paid and the amount due for travel, baggage, carry-on luggage fee;
6) in case of providing a vehicle with payment for travel, baggage transportation, carry-on baggage at a higher price than in a vehicle specified in the schedule, carry out travel, baggage transportation, carry-on baggage without surcharge.
2. The passenger shall be refunded the fare, luggage transportation, and carry-on baggage in cases provided for by this article, in the manner prescribed by the passenger transportation rules, no later than within ten days from the moment the passenger is presented with the passenger’s request.
The percentage of deductions is calculated from the fare.

To return an electronic ticket, you will need to present your passport in the name of the passenger indicated on the ticket and the ticket itself.
