Transport safety

Dear passengers!
We draw your attention to the fact that the Kaliningrad bus station is an object of transport infrastructure, to which the regulatory acts of the Russian Federation in the field of transport security apply their requirements.

The goals of ensuring transport security are the stable and safe functioning of the transport complex, protecting the interests of the individual, society and the state in the field of the transport complex from acts of unlawful interference.

In accordance with the requirements of the legislation, measures are taken at the bus station for screening, additional screening, re-screening, monitoring and (or) interviewing, in order to ensure transport safety. During the search, additional search and re-search in order to ensure transport safety, measures are taken to examine individuals, vehicles, cargo, luggage, hand luggage and personal belongings of individuals, aimed at detecting weapons, explosives or other devices, objects and substances in respect of which, in accordance with the rules for conducting screening, additional screening and re-screening, a ban or restriction on movement to the traffic zone has been established nsportnoy security or a part thereof, as well as the identification of persons who have no legal grounds to pass (travel) in the area of transportation security or a part thereof.

The bus station of the city of Kaliningrad is protected from acts of unlawful interference, as well as the enforcement of access control and internal object regimes are carried out by the Transport Security Division of STB-Titul LLC, accredited for this purpose, whose employees are entitled to conduct searches, additional searches and re-searches in order to ensure transport safety (Clause 9, Article 12.2 of the Federal Law of 09.02.2007 N 16-ФЗ "On Transport Security").

There is a police station at the Kaliningrad bus station, which operates in accordance with Federal Law of February 7, 2011 N 3-ФЗ “On Police.”

Requirements for compliance with transport safety for individuals following or located on objects of transport infrastructure or vehicles of various types of transport are established by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 15.11.2014 N 1208 (as amended on 03.10.2015) "On approval of requirements for compliance with transport safety for physical persons following or located at transport infrastructure facilities or means of transport, by means of transport. ”These requirements are binding on physically persons arriving at or on board transport infrastructure or vehicles.

Persons who refused to be inspected are not allowed in the transport safety zone (departure platform).

A passenger’s refusal to search, additional search and re-search in order to ensure transport safety is the basis for termination of the contract of carriage unilaterally (Article 12.2 of the Federal Law No. 16 of 02/09/2007 “On Transport Safety”).

Administrative and criminal liability is provided for failure to comply with transport safety requirements.
