11.15.1. Transport Safety Violation
(as revised by the Federal of the Act 03.2014 03.02 -03.2014 02.02.2014 02.02.2014
1. Failure to comply with requirements to ensure transport safety or failure to comply with requirements for compliance with transport safety, committed by negligence, if these actions (inaction) do not contain a criminal offense,
entails the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of three thousand to five thousand rubles;
for officials - from twenty thousand to thirty thousand rubles;
for individual entrepreneurs - from thirty thousand to fifty thousand rubles;
for legal entities - from fifty thousand to one hundred thousand rubles.
2. Repeated administrative offense provided for by part 1 of this article, -
entails the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of from five thousand to ten thousand rubles;
for officials - from thirty thousand to fifty thousand rubles;
for individual entrepreneurs - from fifty thousand to seventy thousand rubles or administrative suspension of activity for a period of up to ninety days;
for legal entities - from one hundred thousand to two hundred thousand rubles or administrative suspension of activity for up to ninety days.
3. The action (inaction) provided for by part 1 of this article, committed intentionally, -
shall entail the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of twenty thousand to thirty thousand rubles with or without confiscation of the instrument or administrative offense or administrative arrest for up to ten days;
for officials - from fifty thousand to one hundred thousand rubles or administrative arrest for up to ten days;
for individual entrepreneurs - from one hundred thousand to one hundred and fifty thousand rubles with or without confiscation of the instrument or administrative offense or administrative suspension of activity for up to ninety days;
for legal entities - from two hundred thousand to five hundred thousand rubles with or without confiscation of the instrument or administrative offense or administrative suspension of activity for up to ninety days.
Note:
For administrative offenses provided for in this article, persons engaged in entrepreneurial activity without forming a legal entity shall bear administrative responsibility as legal entities.

20.17. Violation of access control of a protected facility
(as amended by the Federal law of 12/30/2015 N 443-ФЗ)
1. Unauthorized entry into an object protected in the established manner, -
shall entail the imposition of an administrative fine in the amount of three thousand to five thousand rubles with or without confiscation of the instrument for committing an administrative offense.

Section 20.21. Appearance in public when intoxicated
Appearance on the streets, stadiums, squares, parks, in a public vehicle, in other public places intoxicated, offending human dignity and public morality, -
shall entail the imposition of an administrative fine in the amount of five hundred to one thousand five hundred rubles or administrative arrest for up to fifteen days.

Section 6.24. Violation of the prohibition of smoking tobacco established by federal law in certain territories, indoors and at facilities
(introduced by the Federal law of October 21, 2013 N 274-ФЗ)
1. Violation of the prohibition of tobacco smoking established in federal law of tobacco smoking in certain territories, indoors and at facilities, -
shall entail the imposition of an administrative fine on citizens in the amount of five hundred to one thousand five hundred rubles.
