Basic concepts.

1. Baggage - passenger’s belongings accepted for carriage in accordance with the established procedure, including a bicycle.

AGREEMENT:

Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 112 of 02/14/2009 “On Approval of the Rules for the Carriage of Passengers and Baggage by Road Transport and Urban Land Electric Transport.”

1. When traveling in a vehicle carrying out regular transportation of passengers and baggage, a passenger has the right:

1) carry for a fee in the luggage compartment of the vehicle or in a separate vehicle, baggage in an amount of not more than two places, length, width and height each of which in total does not exceed one hundred eighty (180) centimeters.
a) the baggage handed over to the carrier is carried in the luggage compartment of the vehicle by which the passenger is transported, or separately from the passenger by the luggage car;
b) loading and unloading of baggage carried in the luggage compartments of vehicles is carried out by the passenger;

2. Carrier is entitled to:

1) establish the norms for the carriage of baggage, the carriage of hand luggage, including free of charge, of a larger size or in a larger quantity than is provided for in paragraph 1 of this article;
2) refuse to accept to the passenger baggage for transportation, carriage of hand luggage, if the properties or packaging of things included in the baggage, hand luggage, do not meet the requirements established by the rules of carriage of passengers;
3) refuse to carry cabin baggage if its placement in a vehicle will prevent passengers from entering the vehicle and passengers from leaving the vehicle.
3. The carrier is obliged to inform the passenger about the norms and conditions of payment for the carriage of baggage, carry-on baggage.
4. Reception and baggage claim are carried out in the manner prescribed by the rules of passenger transportation.

ATTENTION! CARRIAGE OF BICYCLES in the bus is not carried out.

In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 22 of Federal Law No. 259 of 11/08/2007. The “Charter of road transport and urban land electric transport” by carriers established the rules for the transport of bicycles in buses on inter-municipal routes, namely:

the passenger has the right to carry a bicycle, folded or disassembled, packed in a cover , in the luggage compartment of the bus for a fee according to the fare - 100% of the full fare .

LLC Arkada - SZP, LLC Sovetskavtotrans and IP Grinkov R.G.

the passenger has the right to carry a bicycle, folded or disassembled, packed in a cover , in the luggage compartment of the bus for a fee according to the fare - 25% of the total fare .

LLC "Svetlogorskavto"

the passenger has the right to carry a bicycle, folded or disassembled , in the luggage compartment of the bus for a fee according to the fare - 50% of the total fare .

the passenger has the right to carry the bike, both folded or unassembled, and unassembled , in the luggage compartment of the bus, provided that the sum of the parameters (length, height and width) does not exceed 180 centimeters for a fee according to fare - 25% of the total fare .

a passenger has the right to carry a bicycle in the luggage compartment of a bus only in large class buses on intermunicipal scheduled routes No. 363 "Ozersk - Chernyakhovsk", No. 565 "Ozersk - Chernyakhovsk" for a fee according to the tariff - 25% of the total fare .

MUP "Municipal service center"

the passenger has the right to carry a bicycle, folded or disassembled , in the luggage compartment of the bus (if available) for a fee according to the fare - 25% of the total fare .
